Conservation Workshop with the ONF
30. September 2019 | FOREST OF FONTAINEBLEAU
With more than 13 million people visiting the Forest of Fontainebleau every year, the local ecosystem is under a tremendous strain.
The National Forestry Office (ONF) needs volunteers to help fight erosion caused by human activity.
On Monday after the Women's Bouldering Festival, you will have the chance to give back to the forest and learn from foresters about its protection.
Over the course of the day we will move sand, stones and logs to protect vegetation and stabilise rocks.
A good workout and lots of fun - all for a higher purpose!
Attendance is free. The forest needs you.
